Employment is a very critical subject not only in India but also Worldwide. Everyone is not fortune enough to get a job of their choice. In India about 80% of employees are not satisfied with their job or in other words we can say that 80% of people are in wrong field, or wrong profession because of wrong guidance, family pressure, and wrong decision taken in influence of relatives, friends and institutes, or some time due to lucrative offers by various Employers or Companies.

When someone is not happy with her/his job profile or profession then she/he never can give her/his 100% to the work or profile they are in.

It is very important to take right decision at right time. Just to take a career advice from a career adviser or counselor students pay a huge sum of amount to them, which is not possible for everyone.

Here we as World Connect Development Foundation have a proper team of career counselors in various sectors who provide proper career guidance at right time and right place without any consideration.

Many time we have came across that a wiser student could not get a proper placement due to lack of sources and due to lack of awareness.

To find out such brilliant students, yearly we do conduct around 12 to 15 Events/ Seminars in the areas like Rural, Tribal and Slum areas.

Or we invite students and their teachers in the seminars conducted by us. In such seminars and events WCDF invites selectors from various civil services and other concerned authorities and private companies. And we introduce them with the students and we approach the authorities to give a preference to such students according to their abilities.

Apart from this WCDF itself running its 30 inspiring projects where we provide placement to such students. And we also provide skill & personality development program.
